Google Sites is probably your best bet here. It’s completely free, requires zero coding, and you can have something live in under an hour. Adding content is a lot like editing a Google Doc. For design, pick one of the built-in themes to keep things simple.
By default you get a free URL like sites.google.com/view/your-ngo-name, which is fine for initial days. In the future you can always change it to your own domain (like www.yourngo.org).
