Policy Agora is an 8-week applied policy fellowship run jointly by Observer Research Foundation and Esya Centre, in person at ORF’s New Delhi office, starting July 2026. It’s the first programme of its kind in India, and the cohort is capped at 25 people.
What that means in practice: You’re in a room with 24 people equally serious about policy, learning from practitioners who have shaped decisions across government, think tanks, and the private sector. By the end, you graduate with a certificate from both ORF and Esya Centre, and access to both their networks.
