Indian national workforce population (over 756 million working-age individuals in 2020).

Observational macroeconomic data compilation and employer survey analysis from World Bank and ManpowerGroup sources.

Results

Only 2.3 percent of India's workforce has formal skills training, while 56 percent of employers report difficulties filling job vacancies.
